A Place for the Whole Team

TurnoutHQ is built with security in mind, including how younger riders access the platform.

Born after 2013: Riders under 13 cannot have a TurnoutHQ account.

Born 2011-2013: A parent or guardian with a Premium Membership can create an attached youth account for their rider.

Born 2010 or earlier: These riders can create their own TurnoutHQ account.

Premium Membership is just $10/year and gives parents the ability to create and manage multiple attached youth accounts. Use code THQ4IEA for one year free!

Youth Accounts

THQ users born between 2011–2013 must have a free youth account, created through a parent’s premium account.

Youth accounts require a separate login. If sharing a device, the parent must log out before the youth logs in. Accounts cannot be toggled on THQ.

Youth accounts can join groups and engage with the THQ and IEA communities. They can view the Marketplace but cannot buy or sell. At 16, the account becomes a free, regular THQ account.
